The Bayou was purchased 6 years ago with many struggles to get where we are today. This concept was in the making for four years and when it was replicated and researched, not one stone was left unturned. Many visits to New Orleans, hundreds of pictures taken, and thousands of minutes of computer research were done. Our goal is to make you FEEL like you are in The Big Easy every day. Relax, enjoy a hurricane or an Abita, you are not in Madison anymore!
